Full Terms Apply

Introduction

These terms govern your access to and use of the Rkgg betting and gaming platform (the Service). By opening an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

Definitions

  • Account means the unique profile created by a user to access the Service and to conduct wagering and gaming transactions.
  • Promotions means any bonus, free bet, wheel, or other incentive offered by Rkgg in connection with the Service.
  • Games means all bets, casino games, simulations, and other gaming activities available through the Service.
  • Personal Data means any information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual user or allows the user to be identified.
  • We, us, our refers to Rkgg and its affiliates or licensees as applicable.
  • User, you means the natural person who uses or seeks to use the Service and who has created an Account.

Eligibility and Account Creation

To register and use the Service you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and thereafter as a condition of ongoing use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must reside in a jurisdiction where the Service is legally offered. You must not be previously excluded from gambling or have any active restrictions that prevent use of the Service. You agree not to register under false or misleading information.

  • Account registration is completed by following the on screen instructions and providing accurate Personal Details. You may be asked to verify identity, age, and residence to comply with applicable laws and licensing requirements.
  • You may hold only one active Account. The discovery of duplicate Accounts may result in suspension or closure of duplicate Accounts, forfeiture of bonuses, and retention of funds by Rkgg unless required otherwise by law.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to open or to close any Account at our sole discretion and without providing a specific explanation.
  • We may request documents to verify identity and the ownership of payment methods. We may suspend activity pending completion of verification checks.

Prohibited Jurisdictions and Compliance

Access to the Service may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your obligation to comply with applicable law. If local law prohibits your use of the Service, you must refrain from accessing the Service and may be required to close your Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts in jurisdictions where use is prohibited or where licensing constraints apply.

Use of the Service and Intellectual Property

  • Grant of license. We grant you a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal entertainment and wagering in accordance with these Terms. The license does not permit you to sublicense, resell, or translate the Service for commercial use.
  • Restrictions. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disable any software comprising the Service. You shall not use automated tools to access or interact with the Service, nor engage in cheating, collusion, or attempts to manipulate outcomes.
  • Intellectual property. All rights in the Service and its content remain with Rkgg or its licensors. You acquire no ownership rights by using the Service other than the license granted herein.

Games, Wagering, and Bonuses

Rules for each game are published within the Service and may be amended from time to time. Promotions and bonuses are subject to separate Promotion Terms and any specific wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and time limits that apply. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw a promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.

  • Promotional terms. Promotions may require eligibility criteria, maximum bet limits, and wagering requirements. Any breach may result in forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings.
  • Betting limits. Where a promotion or game imposes limits, those limits prevail and may be changed by us from time to time.
  • Game rules. For each game, the official rules govern the conduct and outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between on screen information and the game rules, the game rules prevail.

Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

Your funds are held in a client account and are segregated from our own funds in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. Funds are not interest bearing. You may deposit and withdraw in the payment methods published in the Service, subject to verification and compliance checks. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse deposits or withdrawals where verification or regulatory requirements are not satisfied.

  • Processing times. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the stated processing times for the selected method and may require additional verification.
  • Fees. We may apply reasonable fees or adjustments as published in the Service terms for certain transactions, and will provide notice of material changes where required by law.
  • Funds recovery. In the event of insolvency or other financial failure, client funds will be treated in accordance with licensing requirements and applicable law, including segregation requirements.

Responsible Gaming and Customer Support

Rkgg supports responsible gaming and provides tools to help manage play. Users may set timeouts, spending and session limits, and may self exclude for predefined periods through account settings. We may also implement temporary or permanent restrictions if there are signs of problem gambling or financial distress.

  • Time-out and self exclusion. Time-out allows a temporary break from playing. Self exclusion prevents access to the Service for a defined period. Re openings follow a defined process and require explicit confirmation from the user.
  • Support. Users may contact our support team for guidance and to access licensed responsible gaming resources. We may direct users to independent support organizations as appropriate.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We collect, process, and store Personal Data to provide the Service, manage accounts, and comply with legal obligations. We may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Notice. You consent to such processing by using the Service.

Security of Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized use of your account or security breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users or to comply with legal obligations.

Disputes, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Curacao, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the user’s jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Modifications and Termination

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes as required by law. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, you retain ownership of any Content you posted, subject to any license granted to us for the operation of the Service.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rkgg regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings.
  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.

We may provide notices to you via the contact details held in your Account or through in service messaging. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.
