Bonus Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all bonus offers issued by Rkgg and apply to every promotion, unless a promotion-specific term states otherwise. By participating in any promotional offer, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including any changes that Rkgg may implement at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law. Bonuses are conditional and may be restricted by jurisdiction, game type, and player status as described herein.

Scope, Definitions and Interpretation

  • Bonus: any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other promotional benefit credited to your account by Rkgg in connection with a promotion.
  • Wagering Requirements: the number of times a bonus (and any winnings derived therefrom) must be staked with real balance before withdrawal is permitted.
  • Activation: the moment at which a bonus becomes eligible for wagering, typically upon credit to the player’s account following a qualifying deposit or action.
  • Casino Bonus Section: the area of the Rkgg platform where bonus funds may be used, excluding Live Casino or other verticals unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility and Participation

  • Eligibility: Only registered and verified players may participate in bonus programs. Verification must satisfy Rkgg’s KYC procedures prior to any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
  • One active bonus at a time: A single bonus may be active in a player's account. Stacking of multiple bonuses is not allowed unless explicitly stated for a given offer.
  • Geographic restrictions: Some bonuses are restricted to players from certain countries. If you are located in a restricted jurisdiction, you may not participate in the offer.
  • Game eligibility: Bonus funds may be used only in the Casino Bonus Section unless the offer specifies otherwise. Wagers placed in Live Casino and other non-qualifying verticals do not contribute to wagering requirements unless stated.

Bonus Offers

  • First Deposit Bonus: Rkgg provides a welcome offer on the first qualifying deposit. The bonus is defined per offer and will specify the percentage match, maximum amount, and any included free spins. The bonus and any free spins are valid only for wagers in the Casino Bonus Section and are not available in Live Casino unless stated. The deposit amount must be wagered according to the applicable wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. Free spins, if included, must be used in designated bonus games.

  • Second Deposit Bonus: A subsequent deposit may qualify for a separate offer, which may include a smaller free spin package or a different cash bonus. Terms such as minimum deposit, wagering requirements, and game eligibility apply as published for the offer.

  • Third Deposit Bonus: A third-deposit offer may accrue additional free spins or a cash bonus, subject to the published terms, including wagering and duration requirements.

  • Fourth Deposit Bonus: A fourth-deposit incentive may combine a cash match with free spins. All components of the offer are subject to wagering requirements and time limits as specified in the promotion rules.

  • Cashback Promotions: Cashback rewards are available to players meeting eligibility criteria, such as VIP status or activity thresholds. Cashback is calculated on eligible activity over a defined period, credited to the real balance, and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Minimum and maximum cashback amounts, as well as eligibility and expiry, are defined per promotion.

  • Other Promotions: Special one-off offers (including free spins on specific days or events) may be available. Each offer will detail its own eligibility, wagering, and expiry terms and will be subject to these general terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Wagering, Contributions and Bet Limits

  • Wagering Requirements: Winnings derived from bonus funds are withdrawable only after fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements published with the offer.
  • Contribution of Games: All bets and game selections contribute toward wagering as follows unless stated otherwise in the offer terms:
    • Slots: 100% of the bet amount contributes to wagering.
    • Table games, video poker, and other non-slot games: contributions vary by game and are commonly 5%; the exact rate is specified in the offer terms.
    • Live Casino: contributions typically 0% unless expressly stated.
  • Maximum Bet During Wagering: When wagering on bonus funds, the maximum bet per spin, per round, or per game round is limited to the amounts stated in the offer terms (e.g., 5 EUR/USD or equivalent in other currencies, with higher equivalents for other currencies as published). Breach of this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
  • Excluded Games: A non-exhaustive list of games may be restricted from contributing toward wagering when a bonus is active. A current list is available in the offer rules and the Cashier/Promotions section of the platform.

Duration, Expiry and Cancellation

  • Activation and Expiry: Each bonus has a defined activation time and duration. If wagering requirements are not fully met within the period stated for the offer, the bonus and any resulting winnings may be voided.
  • Cancellation/Opting-out: A player may cancel a bonus prior to fulfilling wagering requirements. If cancelled, the bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are void, and remaining real-money funds may be returned in accordance with internal policy.
  • Single-use and Non-Transferability: Bonuses are issued to a single account and are non-transferable. They may not be used in conjunction with other players’ accounts or shared between accounts.

Withdrawals, Verification and Limits

  • Withdrawal of Bonus-Winnings: Bonus winnings may be withdrawn only after meeting all wagering requirements. Bonus funds may be withdrawn only to the extent that they have been converted into withdrawable cash following completion of wagering, and subject to any applicable verification checks.
  • Account Verification: Withdrawals require full verification of the player's account, including identity and payment method verification, prior to processing.
  • Withdrawal Caps: Some offers impose maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, the cap will be disclosed in the offer terms.

Abuse, Fraud, and Compliance

  • Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate bonus offers, including multi-account registration, serial deposits for the sole purpose of claiming bonuses, or other unfair practices, may result in immediate suspension or termination of bonus rights and potential account closure.
  • Account Integrity: Rkgg reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of compromise or fraud, or where the account activity contravenes these terms or applicable law.
  • Responsible Gaming: If you have self-imposed limits or self-exclusion, you forfeit eligibility to receive bonuses while such limits remain in effect. Any bonuses in your account at that time may be voided or suspended.

Modification, Termination and Communications

  • Promotions Subject to Change: Rkgg may modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus program at any time and without notice, except as required by law or regulation.
  • Communication: Notices regarding promotions and changes will be provided through the official platform communications. It is the player’s responsibility to review current terms prior to engaging with a promotion.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the player’s account is registered. Any dispute arising from bonus terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law and the terms set forth herein.

By accepting any bonus from Rkgg, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Bonus Terms & Conditions, together with any promotion-specific terms published in relation to the offer.
