Betting Information

General Betting Rules

Rkgg provides betting information and markets in good faith. The Company cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of dates, times, venues, competitors, odds, results or other Betting Information. The Company reserves the right to correct obvious errors and to make final determinations on market integrity and settlement. Changes to these Rules become binding upon posting on the website. The governing language for these Rules is English; in case of any discrepancy the English version shall prevail. Data displayed on the site may be delayed or incomplete, and placing bets based on such data is at the Customer’s own risk.

Event Timing and Valid Bets

If an Event begins before the scheduled start time, only bets placed before the start are valid. Bets on markets that are not closed or suspended at the correct time may be void. If an Event does not start on the scheduled date (or within 12 hours of the scheduled start) and is not completed within the originally scheduled completion date, all bets are void.

Abandonments, Postponements and Resumptions

  • Events abandoned before completion and not resumed within 36 hours will void all bets except for those outcomes already determined at abandonment.
  • Markets that have been conclusively determined prior to abandonment remain valid.
  • If a schedule is altered and the event is not resumed within the stated window, the Company may settle according to the event’s most recent official status as determined by the applicable governing body.

Change of Venue and Incorrect Opponent

If the home team is listed as away or vice versa, or if the venue is changed in a manner affecting the match structure, all bets on the affected market will be void unless the event rules specify otherwise. For non-team events, a venue change after the market has opened may not affect validity unless stated otherwise in the event rules.

Periods of Time and Scoring

In markets where period timing applies, injury time and stoppage time are treated as part of the relevant regular period unless the market description indicates otherwise. Bets on markets that rely on unusual period lengths or timing formats may be void if they conflict with the stated rules.

Settlement, Official Results and Corrections

Markets are generally settled after the Event has concluded. If there is a conflict between the official result and the results posted on the site, settlement will be determined by reference to the governing body’s official result or, if unavailable, by the best available evidence on record. The Company’s decision is final. The Company may reverse settlements made in error and may adjust settlements if new official information becomes available before the market is closed. Bets on events where results are subsequently amended more than 72 hours after conclusion will not be recognized unless a prior adjustment has been made in accordance with these rules.

Live Betting (In-Running)

Live or In-Running betting is subject to rapid and unpredictable odds movements. Rkgg does not guarantee continuous price availability and may refuse or void bets if the displayed prices diverge significantly from prevailing market levels or if events outside control occur. Bets placed during Live Betting may be subject to delays. Acceptance timing and the operation of timer-based bets are at the Company’s sole discretion. The current score and time shown on the site are sourced from a live feed and may be delayed or inaccurate; bets placed on such data are at the Customer’s risk. The Company reserves the right to suspend or modify live betting services as required.

Outright Markets and Special Settlement Rules

Outright bets concern the winner of an Event, race or tournament, either from the outset or at any stage of the competition. If a listed competitor does not start, all Outright bets on that competitor are void. If there are multiple winners or a dead heat, the stake is divided by the number of winners and settled at the applicable odds. Play-or-Pay rules apply to Outright markets: bets on participants will stand regardless of a listed participant’s failure to take part, and such non-participation is settled as a loss for other non-out-right markets. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets remain valid; individual markets for the replaced participant are void. Head-to-Head markets are excluded from the Play-or-Pay mechanism described herein.
