Kyc

Introduction

Rkgg maintains a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) program designed to comply with applicable laws and to protect players and the integrity of the gaming environment. This policy governs all accounts, registrations, deposits, wagers and withdrawals on the Rkgg platform.

Scope and Legal Basis

This policy applies to all users of Rkgg services. It is founded on anti‑money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism obligations, licensing conditions, and international sanctions regimes. Rkgg may amend this policy from time to time. Material changes take effect immediately unless otherwise stated and will be communicated by appropriate methods where feasible.

Definitions

  • KYC means Know Your Customer
  • AML means Anti‑Money Laundering
  • PEP means Politically Exposed Person
  • Sanctions Lists refer to internationally recognized lists of suspected terrorists and restricted entities

Jurisdiction and Prohibited Territories

Rkgg does not offer or allow participation from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts and to withhold services in any jurisdiction where required by law or regulation, without notice.

Account Registration and Identity Verification

At onboarding or when required by risk assessment, Rkgg will verify the identity and age of the user before enabling withdrawals or increasing transaction limits. Rkgg may suspend or close the account if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily or if information provided is unreliable.

Legal minimum age to register and gamble is 18 years. By registering, you warrant that you meet the age requirement and consent to identity verification and ongoing monitoring.

Identity Verification Process and Documentation

Rkgg may collect information to verify identity and age. The minimum information includes full name, date of birth, address, contact details, and a valid payment method. Documentation to verify identity may include:

  • Copy of a government issued photo identification such as a passport or national identity card
  • Proof of address dated within the last three months (eg utility bill or bank statement)
  • Selfie or live verification as part of a dynamic check
  • Documentation to establish ownership of payment methods if required

For transactions exceeding USD 2,000 per occasion or where payments are large, additional documentary evidence may be required. If information cannot be verified electronically, Rkgg may request copies of documents within 72 hours of the request. Verification may be supplemented by third‑party data sources and risk screening.

Ongoing Monitoring and Enhanced Due Diligence

Rkgg conducts ongoing monitoring of account activity using automated systems and periodic manual reviews. Transactions above the monitoring threshold are reviewed and logged. Indicators of illicit activity include unusual patterns, rapid transfers, inconsistent documentation, or ownership discrepancies. If suspicious activity is detected, Rkgg may temporarily freeze activity, request further information, or report to the relevant authorities as required by law.

Source of Funds and Payment Integrity

All funds deposited to Rkgg must originate from legitimate sources. Cash deposits are not accepted. Funds may be received by approved channels such as credit or debit cards, electronic transfers, or other lawful methods approved by the competent regulator. Winnings or refunds are typically returned via the same route used to fund the account where practicable. Transfers between third‑party accounts are prohibited. Rkgg will retain records of all financial transactions in accordance with applicable data protection and retention laws.

Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons

Rkgg screens users against sanctions and restricted lists. Politically Exposed Persons warrant enhanced due diligence at onboarding and on an ongoing basis. If a user appears on sanctions lists or is deemed high risk, Rkgg may restrict access, suspend activity, or close the account.

Data Protection, Privacy and Information Security

Personal data collected for KYC is processed in accordance with Rkgg's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Data will be retained for the period required by law and for the duration of the relationship, or as otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy. Users have rights of access, correction, and deletion where permitted by law. Rkgg implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

Compliance Officers, Training and Cooperation

Rkgg maintains a designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and a Transaction Monitoring function responsible for AML compliance. The MLRO oversees the program and ensures staff training and escalation procedures are followed. We may record and monitor communications with users in relation to KYC and AML matters for security and compliance purposes. Users may contact the Compliance team for KYC and AML inquiries via the channels below.

Enforcement and Consequences

Failure to provide requested verification information or detection of non compliant activity may result in account limitation, suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or closure. Any deposits or winnings may be reversed or offset if misrepresented or if prohibited activity is detected. Payouts may be withheld pending verification and access to services may be suspended until all required checks are completed. Rkgg may inform relevant authorities as required by law and cooperate with them as necessary.

Contact and Support

For KYC and AML related inquiries, contact the Rkgg Compliance team at [email protected] or [email protected]. The MLRO can be reached at [email protected]. We aim to respond within standard business hours.
