Rkgg Cashback is our monthly reward that gives you back a portion of your losses as bonus credit. It’s designed to reward steady play and make every session more rewarding across slots, live casino, table games and more.
How Cashback Works
Here's how the program runs and how you can make the most of it:
- Eligibility: You must be opt-in and have a valid account in good standing.
- Qualifying period: The cashback cycle runs from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month.
- Rate and cap: You receive 10% of your net losses during the cycle, up to a maximum of $100 per month. Net losses are total bets minus any winnings for the period.
- Payout: Cashback is credited as bonus credit to your Bonus Wallet by the 3rd of the following month after the cycle ends.
- Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered 8 times before any withdrawal. Only wagers on eligible games contribute 100% except certain games have reduced contributions (check the detail page).
- Game eligibility: All major slots, live casino and table games contribute to the cashback, while some games may be restricted. Free spins and special promotions may be excluded from cashback calculations.
- Expiry: Unused cashback bonus expires 14 days after credit if not used.
