Overview

Rkgg maintains an Affiliate Partnership Program designed to attract qualified players to the Rkgg platform. Participation is governed by the Affiliate Agreement and applicable law. Commissions accrue solely on Net Revenue generated by referred players who are properly tracked and verified in the Program's systems.

Eligibility and Enrollment

Participation is open to individuals and entities that meet age, identity, and compliance requirements. Applicants must provide accurate profile information, business details, tax information, and valid banking or wallet data for payments. Applicants must not target restricted jurisdictions, engage in unlawful marketing practices, or promote Rkgg in ways that could prejudice the brand. Upon submission, applications undergo verification and, where appropriate, assignment of an Affiliate Manager and access to the Affiliate Dashboard following approval of the Affiliate Guidelines.

Commission Models and Calculation

Rkgg offers Revenue Share, CPA, and Hybrid arrangements. Commission is calculated on Net Revenue, defined as gross revenue attributed to referred players minus refunds, chargebacks, marker or bonus costs paid to players, and any other adjustments described in the Affiliate Terms. Illustrative Revenue Share tiers on monthly Net Revenue are as follows: 0–10,000 EUR: 25%; 10,001–50,000 EUR: 30%; 50,001 EUR and above: 35%. CPA and Hybrid terms are negotiated individually with the Affiliate Manager. All commissions are subject to the program's minimum payout and verification requirements.

Tracking, Payouts and Payment Terms

Referred players are tracked via a unique affiliate identifier. Attribution is calculated on a cookie basis with a 30-day duration. Affiliate statistics update hourly; commission figures are consolidated and paid on a monthly cycle, subject to verification and tax compliance. The minimum payout threshold is 100 EUR. Payments are issued by bank transfer or cryptocurrency transfer, in accordance with the opted method and currency, after proper invoicing and compliance checks. Invoices submitted after the cycle cut-off are processed in the subsequent cycle.

Marketing, Traffic and Promotions

Affiliates must comply with applicable laws and industry guidelines. Use only approved marketing materials and maintain clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship in all promotions. Prohibited practices include misleading claims, false testimonials, privacy violations, targeting of minors, and any activity that could damage the Rkgg brand. Traffic sources must not involve bots, incentives that distort player quality, or geolocation manipulation. Landing pages and creatives must display the affiliate relationship and comply with branding guidelines. Affiliate promotions should include responsible gambling messaging where appropriate.

Compliance, Data Protection and Responsible Gambling

Rkgg acts as the data controller for player data processed through the platform. Affiliates process personal data solely to administer the Program and must implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. Affiliates must comply with applicable anti‑money laundering and counter‑terrorism financing requirements and maintain records as prescribed by law. The Program supports Responsible Gambling initiatives, including self‑exclusion and access to support resources; affiliates must promote responsible gambling and provide user protections consistent with law and industry standards.

Contract Duration, Termination and Changes

The Affiliate Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party in writing. Rkgg may suspend or terminate an Affiliate for breach, fraud, non‑compliance, or activities that prejudice the integrity of the Program. Rkgg reserves the right to amend terms; material changes will be communicated in writing with an effective notice period. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms where permitted by law or contract.

Affiliates receive access to a secure dashboard with performance reporting, payment history, and marketing assets. An Affiliate Manager provides guidance on promotions, traffic strategies, and regulatory compliance.
